How accessible is the venue?

The parking area is directly in front of the venue, with level and flat surfaces with no steps or platforms.

Can we have a sit-down or cocktail-style event, or a combination of both?

We can accommodate your preferences and arrange the venue to suit your desired theme. We can provide catering for both sit-down and cocktail events.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

Does the venue offer a bridal suite or a dedicated space for the wedding party to prepare?

We provide on-site accommodation with three newly-renovated apartments that can sleep up to 12 guests. Book your event with us for a special deal on accommodation.

Can we reschedule our date?

We can move your date forward or back depending on availability.

Will inclement weather affect our wedding day?

The venue is equipped with industrial heating and cooling, and umbrellas are provided for outdoor use. We can accommodate for all weather conditions.

Our venue is situated on a quiet street in the central business district of Geelong.

Can we have both the ceremony and reception at the venue?

It is common for both the ceremony and reception to take place within the venue.

What is the latest end time for an event?

The latest end time for events is 12:00 am.

Can we make changes to the drink packages?

Yes, we can accommodate changes to the selection of wines, beers, and spirits, as well as add a tab for spirits or a cocktail hour. We will work with you to create a package that suits your event.

Does the venue have an outdoor area?

The front of the venue has umbrellas, tables, and stools for guests to enjoy the weather.

Are there any restrictions on noise or live music?

There are no noise limits or restrictions in our venue. You can choose from musicians, DJs, bands or any combination that you prefer. The venue has built-in speakers and wireless microphone.

How much flexibility do we have with decorating the space?

We have several layouts to choose from and can work with you to customize the venue to your desired look. We also have contacts for decor specialists and stylists that we can recommend.

Can caterers cook on-site?

Yes, we have a kitchen area available for caterers to use, and we also allow for pop-up vans to be used.

Our standard package is for 5 hours, but we can accommodate longer rental times upon request.

There are 45 parking spaces located directly in front of the venue, which can be viewed on Google Earth.

When can we set up for the wedding?

We work closely with your vendors to coordinate setup the day or night before the wedding.
